Method :- 👇✍️ 🔸 Prepare a smooth solution by adding water to gram flour, do not make the solution too thin and not too thick, beat it well with a spoon for 2 -3 minutes, separate it into 2 -3 utensils, add orange or red color and green color to one and keep it covered for 10 minutes. Heat ghee or oil in a bottom pan on medium flame, make boondis with a boondi mould/jhare and fry till golden
🔸 Now put sugar in a deep vessel and pour water and keep boiling, add lemon juice while boiling, its sticky syrup is to be made, now add ghee and rose water to the syrup and mix it well, put the boondi made in it and keep it covered for 10 minutes so that the boondi becomes syrupy. Soak well, if you want, you can add melon seeds, raisins and a little rose petal to the prepared boondi. Delicious Boondi is ready to serve.....
